Transnationality
Transnationality is an essential requirement in
an EQUAL initiative project. MIKROGUNEA has developed a transnational
project known as “Start for Digital Innovation” whose aim
is to improve the adaptation of micro companies and workers through the
following activities:
- Internet Portal.
- This portal will contain all the information, documents
and end products envisaged in the project. The internet portal constitutes
an internal communications tool among the entities taking part in the
project.

- Identification and exchange of good practice.
- These good practices are geared towards the adaptability
of micro companies and workers (e-learning tools, telework, management
improvement and innovation, etc.)

- Preparation of a technological self-diagnosis
tool.

- International Seminar.
- Presentation of the results of this transnational project
and exchange of experiences.
